What are the benefits of a subscription for Private Investigators?

The app offers optional subscription plans (available for monthly or annual purchase through the app store) that unlock premium features to help you stand out and connect with more clients:
Increased Visibility:
Yellow PREMIER Badge: Gain a prominent yellow “PREMIER” tag displayed next to your company name in the directory. This badge instantly highlights your premium status and attracts potential clients seeking top-tier investigators.
Top Search Results Placement: Get prioritized placement in search results. Clients searching for PIs will see your profile at the top of the list, increasing your chances of getting noticed.
Enhanced Communication:
Unlimited Messaging for Open Jobs: Respond directly to messages from clients inquiring about open jobs. This allows you to have real-time conversations, clarify details, and negotiate terms, ultimately increasing your chances of getting assigned the case.


How can I see my username and app version info?

Tap the thumbprint icon in the top left corner of the app’s home screen. That will display your app version, username, email, and server status.


How do I contact support or leave feedback?

Navigate to the app’s “Options” menu (represented by an icon of a person with a gear) and select “Support.” Here, you’ll find options to contact customer support or leave feedback via a form.


Someone left me a bad review. What can I do?

Unfortunately, the app doesn’t currently offer a way to dispute reviews. We encourage honest feedback, but we also want to ensure all reviews are respectful and accurate. If you believe the review is inappropriate or false, see the next topic for more information.


What if a review left about me is inappropriate or contains false information?

If you believe a review left about you violates the app’s terms of service (e.g., contains profanity, threats, or demonstrably false information), you can report the review to the app’s support team through the methods mentioned in the “How do I contact support or leave feedback?” question above. Be sure to clearly explain why you believe the review is inappropriate and provide any evidence you may have to support your claim.


I can’t seem to find my ratings in the app. Where are they?

We understand the importance of transparency and building trust within our community. Currently, the app doesn’t allow you to view your ratings directly. However, your ratings are securely stored on our back-end system. Our development team is actively working on implementing a feature that will allow you to view/edit your ratings and reviews in the future. This is on our roadmap for a future release.


My Directory Searches Are Blank.

There are a few reasons why your directory search might be coming up empty. Here’s how to troubleshoot:
Overly Restrictive Filters: The most common culprit is using filters that are too narrow. Clear all your filters by tapping the “Clear Filters” button.
Incorrect Location: Double-check that the location you entered or selected for your search is accurate.
Limited Search Radius: The directory might not show any PIs within your immediate vicinity. Try expanding your search area by clicking “MORE” and adjusting the distance filter. Don’t forget to click “Apply Filters” after making any adjustments.
No PIs in Your Area: In some cases, there simply might not be any PIs registered with the app in your current location. Expanding your search radius (as mentioned above) should help you find suitable professionals in a wider area.
Tip: When searching for PIs, it’s often helpful to start with broader filters and gradually narrow them down based on your specific needs. This increases the chances of finding qualified professionals in your area.
