Getting Started (PIs)

For Private Investigators Only

  • Upon opening the app for the first time, you will be prompted to select your user type: Private Investigator, Auxiliary Service Provider, or Potential Client.

  • Existing users can simply choose the “Login” option at the bottom of the screen.

Creating Your Account:

Finding Clients Through the Job Hub

The Job Hub allows you to:

  • Search for jobs based on specific criteria:
    • Location (including radius)
    • Job Title (e.g., Background Check, Missing Person)

Here’s how to find your next case:

  1. Navigate to the Job Hub: Locate the “Job Hub” section within the app.
  2. Search for Jobs: Utilize the search bar and filters to find jobs that match your expertise and location preferences.
    • Use the “Apply Filters” button to refine your search.

Managing Your Workload with My Jobs

After successfully connecting with a client:

  1. Adding Jobs to My Jobs: To keep track of your cases, navigate to the specific job listing and click the heart icon. This will turn it red and add the job to your “My Jobs” section on the app’s home screen.
  2. Completing a Job: Upon finishing a case, deselect the red heart icon to remove it from your “My Jobs” list.
  3. Client Reviews (Optional): Clients may leave you a rating and review after the job is complete. These are not mandatory.

Staying Connected Through Messages

Look out for new messages:

  • The app will display an exclamation mark “!” next to the “Messages” tab if you have unread messages.
  • Regularly checking your messages ensures you don’t miss any potential client inquiries.

Using the Messages section:

  • This section allows you to read and respond to direct messages from potential clients who may be contacting you about a job opportunity outside of the Job Hub postings.

Managing your message list:

  • To hide a message from your view without deleting it, simply swipe the message from right to left.
